Label variations include examples in which the catalog number is listed on the left side of the label, accompanied with publisher credit listed below and the phrase "Record No." placed above this grouping. The matrix and time entries are placed on the right side of the label. The composer credits are listed at the bottom of the label, below the title. Just above the title, within the red field and to the right, there is also a production credit listed.
A second example found also displays the catalog number on the left side of the disk, again with the "Record No." phrase above. Below the catalog number, a simple BMI credit is printed with no further accreditation. The time is listed on the right, with the matrix listed immediately below. The composer credit is also missing on this example. Additionally, the "U. S." is parenthetically enclosed as opposed to the quotation mark surround found on the examples depicted here.
A third variation is similar to the first example described above, save for the reversal of positions of the matrix and time. Also, the matrix number in this case is enclosed within parenthesis. In this example, the distribution credit to Rust Records and the reference to Guida Productions found below the company logo at the top have been omitted.
